It’s time for the 4th ESN Tallinn Movie Night! Take your time and come to join us to watch the film what is produced for the 90th anniversary of the Republic of Estonia, this feature film tellss the story of the attemted Communist coup which took place in Tallinn on the 1st of December 1924.

Here is a short overview of the plot:

It is 29. November 1924. „ The Great Trial of 149“ has just ended and the threat of Communist terror seems to be over. The Republic of Estonia is going about its daily life. December 1924. It’s only matte of minutes whether Estonian young independence continues to exist or we become a province with minor importance of big kommunist Russia. Independence which seems so self-evident today depends at that moment on couple of Radom coincidences.
