WHAT: ESN Tallinn Movie Evening (’’I was here’’)
WHEN: March, 4 at 8.30pm
WHERE: the MARE building of Tallinn University, room M-134
TICKET: free of charge
The second film of this spring semester will be an Estonian movie called ’’Mina olin siin’’(’’I was here’’) – a movie based on a same titled novel written by Sass Henno. Here is the short overview of the plot:
Nobody is born to be a drug dealer.
Rass (17), elite school student, though living alone in Estonian slum has couple of dreams. About family, love, but in order to buy food he agrees to sell some drugs and is drawn to the turbulence of events that he doesn’t control. Getting arrested may be his only chance to start that other life he is dreaming about.
