About SMART

Tele2 Estonia and Erasmus Student Network proudly present a great mobile offer to all  exchange students in Estonia.

All Erasmus students of ESN Tallinn will get a starter-kit including a free mobile prepaid SIM-card. The package is called Smart and its name describes its users – they are smart. Put the SIM-card in your mobile phone, and you can immediately start calling with Tele2 low rates. To recharge the card, please visit any kiosk or convenient stores or gas station all over
Estonia.

Some advantages using Smart prepaid service:
•    Call for free to other Erasmus students if you recharge your card with 12€
•    The most favorable rates on international calls
•    No invoice, no monthly fees - just pay as you go!
For pricing, additional services and instructions, please see the manual. If you have any questions regarding this offer or Tele 2 services, please call Tele2 English speaking customer support: 6 866 866.

Getting started
1.    put the SIM-card into the phone
2.    turn the phone on
3.    enter PIN1 code (from the card)
4.    „Tele2" appears on the screen
5.    SIM-card activates with first outgoing call, call length must be at least 10 seconds.
6.    with first outgoing call please choose „network language"
7.    after 10 minutes your new SIM-card is ready to accept incoming calls and SMS's.

Checking the amount of balance:
1.    enter from phone's keyboard *245# and press „dial"
2.    the current balance and expiration date is displayed on the screen.

Adding the call-credit:
•    Buy Smart kõnekaart
•    Scrape out from card's backside the hidden 13-digit security code
•    Enter from phone's keyboard *110*XXXXXXXXXXXX# and press „dial" (X indicates hidden 13 digit security code)
•    Added call credit is available for use after 10 minutes

Calling abroad (roaming):
Abroad (except in Latvia and Lithuania) the receiver's phone number must be dialed accordingly: *100* phone number with international prefix # and then press „dial". For example calling to Estonia, to number 55 789 000 it should be dialled as: *100*+37255789000# and then „dial". Call will be connected after few moments. While calling abroad, it is necessary to have sufficient funds on the card, because answering calls are chargeable (except Latvia and Lithuania).

We wish You a pleasant stay and successful studies in Estonia,
Tele2 Estonia
