ESN Trips

ESN Tallinn organizes trips for the exchange students to Russia and Lapland in cooperation with Bair Travels! Trips to Russia have been taking place for already three semesters. A little peek into the programs of the trips - not all travel days are included-  (it might chance every semester  but it will give you an idea how the  trip usually looks like):

RUSSIA

Monday
10.00: Departure to St Petersburg by chartered bus
Border formalities
We switch to Moscow time (+1 hour)
Free time in St Petersburg
Midnight: Departure to Moscow by night train, 2nd class

Tuesday
All luggage to the bus. Cty tour by bus (included in the price)

Free time for lunch and Kremlin visit (2€ for students)
Afternoon - transfer to hotel by bus and check-in
Evening - tour fo Moscow metro and bus tour "Moscow by night"

Wednesday
Breakfast in the hotel
Time for optional Stalin's bunker visit (25€)
12.00 Check-out. All luggage to the buses. Transfer to train station. All luggage to the storage rooms
Optional guided tour: Palace of Romanov dynasty Zaryadie (20€)

LAPLAND

Thursday
Afternoon: Departure to Helsinki by boat
City tour and free time in Helsinki
Late evening - departure to Lapland

Friday
morning - breakfast in Ranua and possibility to visit the Ranua Zoo
Possibility to take part in safaris (prices to be announced later)
Transfer to downtown Rovaniemi.
Accommodation and time for rest

Saturday
breakfast in the hotel
10.00 - 14.00 City tour of Rovaniemi with visit to Santa Claus village
14.00 Transfer to Ounasvaara skiing center
18.00 Pickup from Ounasvaara skiing center
