What is ESN Tallinn?

ESN Tallinn is a non-profit organization that is based on an idea "students helping students". More accurately - we are doing everything in our means to make Erasmus students' life in Tallinn as fulfilled as possible.
Our organization is part of international ESN organization (www.esn.org)

In Estonia there are all together 5 ESN sections:
•    ESN Tallinn
•    ESN TLU Tallinn (or also Tallinn University International Club - www.esindus.ee/ic)
•    ESN TUT (or also Tallinn University of Technology International Club - www.tipikas.ee/ic)
•    ESN EBS - www.ebsikas.ee
•    ESN Tartu (www.esn.ee/tartu)

Here in Tallinn we unite students from many universities:
•    Tallinn University
•    Tallinn University of Technology
•    International University Audentes
•    University Nord
•    Tallinn College of Engineering
•    Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre
•    Tallinn Health Care College
•    Estonian Information Technology College
•    Estonian Business School

Who are we?

All members of ESN Tallinn are all volunteers.
Many of our members have been Erasmus students themselves, and all of us do agree with the statement that many people have said before us: "Erasmus is something that will stick with you wherever you are".
At the moment we have about 20 active members who are organizing different kind of events in order to introduce Estonian culture, habits and traditions. Our members take also actively part in international youth projects, youth seminars etc, and also in the work of ESN International.

What do we do?

In ESN Tallinn program there are many different kind of events planned. In the beginning of every semester we have "Orientation Week", and many other events are held regularly. For example ESN Movie Nights and Tandem Cafes are events held every month.
We also organize trips and excursions, museum visits, theatre visits, different competitions (Essay competition, Photo competition), various outdoor events etc.

How to take part of our events?

Upon arrival, all exchange students - from universities listed above - are automatically added to the mailing list esntallinn@googlegroups.com, through which we send out information about our upcoming events and other useful information.

How to become a member of ESN Tallinn?

We gladly welcome new members to our organization. It does not matter if you are an Erasmus student studying in Tallinn or an Estonian. What matters is that you are active and you are willing to contribute to the work of our organization.
